His expertise lies in commercial real estate and the hospitality sector, spanning both sides of the capital stack, and he has executed over $1 billion in hotel acquisitions, loan originations, and developments during his tenure with the company.

Prior to joining Peachtree, Jordan graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and began his career at HVS (Hospitality Valuation Services) as a licensed commercial property appraiser and consultant, advising on real estate assets valued at over $1 billion across the U.S. and the Caribbean Basin.
